Surface Applied Magnetite Grounding Anodes
Grounding Anodes МТ are used in highly aggressive soils. Magnetite Anodes of МТ type can be installed vertically in wells or horizontally in trenches. It is a must to use carbonaceous backfill KWA to fill the near anode area when it is installed. Magnetite terminal anodes are used in Surface Applied Magnetite Grounding Anode МТ. Corrosion resistant cable with a copper core of 10 mm2 in section and 2 m in length serves to be the connecting cable. Installation diagram is similar to the one of ferrosillid surface grounding anodes. The electrodes are delivered in a set of 20 pieces, or the delivery can be customized. A method used to manufacture the cable connections defines two alternatives in delivery – with thermite welding and with cable clamps. Delivery terms are discussed at the time of the order.
